Conditions for Returns (SG Orders Only):

Damaged Packaging: If your product arrives with damaged packaging, you may request a return or exchange.

Expired Products: If you receive a product that is expired upon delivery, we will gladly accept a return or exchange.

Please note:

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened or used.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Overseas Orders:

Please note that our return and refund process does not apply to overseas sales. All international orders are final, and we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for any products shipped internationally.

How to Request a Return (SG Only):

Contact our customer service team at pawdygene@bioacumen.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or expired product.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Refund Process (SG Only):

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned product.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after processing.

Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your pet products safely and efficiently.

Shipping Rates:

SG Shipping: Free shipping for order more than $80.

International Shipping: Contact customer service at pawdygene@bioacumen.com

Delivery Times:

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days.

International orders may take 7-14 business days, depending on your location.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Issues:

For SG orders, if your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

For international orders, please note that we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments once they leave our warehouse.
